Photos from two different Flickr users and both have used PENTAX Q system cameras (PENTAX Q7 with 02 Standard Zoom and PENTAX Q-S1 with 08 Wide Zoom). (Only PENTAX K-1 II photo was taken with PENTAX 645Z. :) Maybe that 09 Telephoto Macro would come!?.
